Cambodia News - Bloody evictions in Cambodia

Clashes between residents with riot police broke out in the Borei Keila, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Tuesday (01/03/2012). According to human rights groups, Licadho, was triggered riots that forced evictions carried out by local authorities. Land dispute began when the company plans to convert residential Phanimex into commercial areas. At least 12 people were arrested after clashes that injured several people from both sides are.
