The
world's tallest Lego tower has been built in Seoul, South Korea. A
total of 4000 children were deployed to build a lego tower as high as
31.9 meters by using 500 thousand legos.

Dailymail, Monday, May 14, 2012, the success of the construction of the
toy tower unveiled Sunday, May 13, 2012 by the Danish Crown Prince
Frederik, as part of celebrations for the 80th year that Lego.
The
building was built in front of Seoul's Olympic Stadium was beating the
previous record made in France last October with the difference only
30 cm.
The tower was built over more than five days by a
young contestant. Construction of the tower itself attract the
attention of the tourists as much as 30ribu more visitors. Once
completed, Prince Fredrerik his way for six days in South Korea, was
given the honor to lay the last lego.
Lego tower, first
built in 1988 and stands only about 50 feet below. Since then, a record
for building a lego tower continues to climb.
A very
popular toy was invented by Ole Kirk Chistiansen Danish, who started
making wooden toys in 1920. He named his company Lego, the Danish
vocabulary 'Leg godt' which means 'play well' or 'play well'. Wooden toy
that turns into a plastic toy that is currently spreading around the
world.
