hard after getting a written announcement from the MoD. The announcement
said, the roof of the apartment was now fitted with the missile to

"There is no consultation, no one knocked on the door," said Brian Whelan, a resident told Reuters. "We get up early, you just handed a flyer that said, they would put the missiles on the roof."
The British military announced to the residents, especially residents of the apartment near the Olympic Park in east London. Ministry of Defence put missiles on the roof of their apartment to anticipate the terrorist attacks on the world sporting event this summer.
