Ice and Snow Festival is one of the four largest international ice
festival in the world, like Japan's Sapporo Snow Festival, Winter
Festival of Quebec Canada, and Norway's Ski Festival. Harbin Ice and
Snow Festival takes place in China and began every year on January 5 and
ends in February. At this festival, many tourists from around the world
